• Be resourceful; reuse the things that can still be use. Recycle magazines, bottles, cans, trash, greenery, pet poop for fertilizer, etc. Recycle the old clothes that you do not like anymore but making something new out of it.
• Be a good example and teach other people of what you have learned and practiced so that they will also be environmentally aware. Make blogs in the Internet, evangelizing others of what you have learn and what you have acquired. Create your own Internet clubs so that informing others would be easier
• Drive only when going long distance, carrying stuff, or during certain weather conditions. If you are going somewhere close by and the weather is nice, why not walk and enjoy your day. Unless you happen to live in a crappy area, why endanger your life for any matter. Use a bicycle, scooter, skateboard, roller blades or skates, or just jog for short distances.
• Live a life of simplicity. Do not pressure yourself from doing things you cannot do, just do what are needed and necessary. You can have a sale if you wanted or else you can sell other things that can still be used. Remember that being a materialistic person will not give you happiness.
• Lastly, remember to vote, and improve our economic situation.
